1. Information We Collect We believe in a privacy-first approach. PokeDeal Sniper collects the absolute minimum data required to operate:

• Purchase Information: When you buy a license, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email and billing details. We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers.

• Hardware ID: Our licensing server (Keygen.sh) securely hashes a unique hardware identifier from your machine to enforce the 2-device limit.

• Discord Webhook (Optional): If you choose to use mobile push notifications, your Discord Webhook URL is stored locally on your machine.

2. Local Browser Footprint The Software’s "Queue Sentinel" feature utilizes your native Google Chrome browser footprint to bypass bot protection. This process happens entirely locally on your machine. We do not track, collect, or transmit your browsing history, cookies, or personal checkout details to our servers.

3. Crash Reporting and Analytics To improve the Software, we utilize automated crash reporting (via Sentry).

• PII Scrubbing: All crash reports are actively scrubbed of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before transmission. We only receive technical diagnostic data (e.g., error codes, application state at the time of the crash) to deploy bug fixes.

4. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with essential service providers (Stripe for payments, Keygen.sh for license validation) strictly for the purpose of delivering the Software to you.

5. Your Rights You have the right to request access to or deletion of the personal data associated with your license key. Please note that deleting your data will result in the deactivation of your license key.
