1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing, downloading, or using PokeDeal Sniper (the "Software"), provided by GSM Grading ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License and Device Restrictions PokeDeal Sniper is sold as a one-time payment lifetime license.
Hardware Locking: Your license key is cryptographically locked to your computer’s hardware (motherboard/CPU).
Device Limit: You are permitted to activate the Software on a maximum of two (2) personal devices.
Non-Transferable: You may not share, resell, rent, or distribute your license key to third parties. Group-buys are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without a refund.
3. Software Functionality and Updates The Software operates as an automated retail monitor and checkout assistant.
Updates: We provide free, over-the-air (OTA) background updates. While we continuously maintain the Software to adapt to retailer website changes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality if a retailer permanently alters their backend architecture or API.
Third-Party Platforms: The Software interacts with third-party websites (e.g., Target, Smyths Toys, TCGPlayer). We are not responsible for account bans, IP bans, or order cancellations issued by these third-party retailers.
4. Refund Policy Because PokeDeal Sniper is a digital software product with an instantly delivered, hardware-locked license key, all sales are final. Once a license key has been activated on a machine, we do not offer refunds.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSM Grading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
